Ghostsigns—

● John Smith's Magnet Ales (Heslington Road, York, YO10) by Ken Pitcher.

When rushing around to your next meeting/appointment take a second and look up at the sides of old buildings in your area for you might see a ghostsign. Ghostsigns is a collaborative national effort to photograph, research and archive the remaining examples of hand painted wall advertising in the UK and Ireland.

  2. I lived just around the corner from one of the signs. I always though it was beautiful.
